Neon Driftline

Neon Driftline is pure arcade joy. You don't manage tire wear or fuel — you just chase clean drifts through neon-soaked city tracks and try to beat your own times. The sense of speed is excellent and the soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting.

You get three control options: tilt, on-screen wheel, and tap-to-steer. Tilt is the most fun but the wheel is more reliable in a bumpy commute. There's a sensitivity slider that genuinely matters, so spend a minute in the settings first.

This one is demanding on the battery and my phone got warm after about half an hour. Turning graphics down to 'balanced' cut the heat a lot without ruining the look.
